The pain of an apartment complex.

So, I live in a apartment complex and I low-key may or may not want to burn it to the ground. I'm on the second floor so when my mum makes me take the groceries up its a whole workout. No volin practice after 5:00, no singing after 8:00, no loud music at 8:15, an you cant make any nosie past 9:00. People who live downstairs have a new born so my mum is like "Go shovle their walk way and driveway". It snows a lot a lot here and I'm already about to pass out from our side, my brother anit no help.
