so i have a multimedia assignment on talents and i need a kawaii intro so i settled on those ones that look like open app windows. think twitch overlays.
any ideas on how to pull it off?

what i mean is the stuff u get if you search up (after my extensive 'research') "y2k microsoft paint cyber 90s windows edit computer aesthetic pink" or something like that.I want to make one of those myself.
