My nintendo doesnt allow youtube for some reason

I already have yt in my library, but it doesn't let me install it T-T does anyone have the same problem?
oh and it doesn't support file selecton/import (basically i can't place photos)

there are a two things i know that you could try:
- clear cache, go to system settings -> console -> formatting options -> clear cache
(note that you will need to type your nintendo account password for the eshop in again after you cleared the cache) - searching for corrupted data, go to system settings -> data management -> software -> -> search for corrupted data
these are the options that i know and could help, let me know if it helps
(if you haven't already restarting the console might do the trick) - clear cache, go to system settings -> console -> formatting options -> clear cache

file related stuff not working on this browser is normal, I think it's also one of nintendos ways of limiting our browsing capability on here

Is parental controls enabled? If so it may be blocking access to this app.

@Mewibitt thankfully no, or i wouldnt be able to use browser dns or switch bru, but maybe its a bug, ill try enableing then disableing
