the nintendo icons are blurred out but i go to change it and these really cool new icons i got gengar and pikachu now as my icons anyone kno why the original icons blurred out?

We removed the original icons as they were too close to the official set of avatars on the Switch. The new ones are all fanmade or public domain art instead
