@Molly ty bestie had to put warm water on the place on my back that got ice burn but it left with a red imprint on my back

it never a good idea to put a pocket ice directly on wounds or skin, but anyway good recovery
@OUR_DNS i probably never do it again i literary had to look up ice burn how to treat them one website says to use warm water on the ice burn
