A Reminder: GIF Flooding

lately, we've had quite a few users forget or ignore our rule on gif flooding.
it for some reason was not listed in the official rules page. it is fixed nowREMEMBER. GIFS SHOULD HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE MESSAGES BETWEEN THEM. MORE ARE RECOMMENDED, BUT FIVE IS THE MINIMUM.
this is because it will crash the site for a majority switch users. for some reason it can't handle too many gifs at once.
