@sam-the-man Yeah- the thing is my anxiety is clinical so I automatically shut off if I try but i'll try. Any advice for the headache? It's been lasting more than 10 hours. It happened 3rd period yesterday and it's 3rd period now.

alternate ibuprofen and tylonel, take ibuprofen and if the headavhe is still present after 4 hours, take tylonel and vice versa. when you get home i recommend laying in a low lighted room with your head cushioned. if nothing is working i recommend seeing a doctor in case you need a cat scan, but you probably just have a mild concussion

for a fix at school if you have the consent form filled ask the school nurse for ibuprofen, if you dont then get some ice, maybe ask to lay down

@Joshua-Sorin It's kind of calmed down but with this dude- he's a ticking time bomb. Apparently I wasn't the first kid he hurt cuz he got mad. Besides- his friends are still out to get me and apparently since he thought I said.... a word I can't say- everyone thinks I said it.
