is tasting metal in your mouth bad?

so last night i had a anxiety (or) panic attack and after my friends calmed me down i tasted metal in my mouth? is that normal?
@kay probably blood because blood can taste like iron sometimes.

it can be caused by low iron in you body if you can eat something like raisinbran as it has a lot of iron it may help
