i dont like to use the word power.. the roles of admin and mods are different

@LTempral we (current mods+admins) should probably come up with actual criteria / a process, not just me vaguely suggesting essays be written. Althoooough, for topics, I'd imagine something like, maybe reviewing a website or discussing that site's use/role on Internet devices like the Switch.

Normally on a forum, you have global and category-specific moderators (eg. a Writing category mod) too.

This site is not really large enough for this to totally apply, but for instance, if you comment a lot of productive stuff in one category and "understand" what good vs bad threads/posts look like in that category, you're kind of fit to be "in charge" of it.
