I just checked visiting https://browsedns.net on 3DS, it kiiind of works You may have to accept a security warning, and probably one of the custom themes might make it easier to use.

Actually, if anyone wants to report some usability concerns on 3DS/2DS and which themes are good, that would be very helpful.
