Sneak peek at my new story

Im writing a story on quotev called Between Dimensions and im giving a special sneak peek of the first chapter. Tell me what you think ^^ (ima add it in a sec, it might take a while copy paste isn't working and im having to type it all out lol)
"Wh-where am I? It's dark here." "You're in between dimensions, child. You shouldn't be here. Hm... how did you get here?" "I-I don't know. I don't remember. My memory is blank, it's hard to breathe here, and... and..." "Hm... until you remember, Typhanii will take good care of you..."
"Sandy! Time to get up! Breakfast is ready!" Laying in a bed, a teenage girl in a pink nightgown moaned and slowly got up. She walked down the stairs and into the kitchen. "I made pancakes with butter and maple syrup. Just the way you like it!" "Thank you mom." The girl's name was Sandy, and she was 15. For Sandy, today was her first day of school. "Thanks for the pancakes, mom! I'll get ready now." "Also Sandy? Do you know what happened to Isa?" Sandy looked at her mom. "I don't know... Isa just disappeared one day. I don't know what happened to her, and I-" "Hopefully, she's ok." Sandy looked down. "I hope you're right." She rushed up the stairs and threw her gown on the bed and hastily put on her school uniform. She looked at the clock and rushed to the door. She grabbed her backpack and put on some shoes. "Bye mom! See you later!"
Sandy ran to the bus, which had been waiting for her to get on. "Hey, Lukan!" she said to a boy. The boy's name was Lukan, a 16 year old who was really good friends with Sandy. "Hey Sandy. How're you?" "I'm fine." said Sandy as she sat down next to him. "Have you heard anything about Isa?" he asked. Sandy looked down. "No... I wish I could see her again." "Well, we might be in luck..." Lukan said slowly. "What?" Sandy looked at him, face full of hope. "I asked a few people, and they said she was last seen near that strange rock in the park. " "Really? I'm checking it out after school!" "I can't let you go, Sandy." said Lukan as he put his hand on her shoulder. "Wh-why?!" "Let me finish. I meant you're not going without me." he laughed. The bus began to go slower, and then to a stop. "Ok, I'll see you at the park." said Lukan as he waved at Sandy. "Ok... bye Lukan."
The clock striked 3:15. Sandy rushed from her seat and ran to the exit of school. She pulled out her phone and texted Lukan. "Outside school. I'm waiting for you" she said as she typed. Shortly later, Lukan came out the door. "I got your text, let's go investigate that rock in the park."
The two walked to the park and talked the whole way. They found the rock that is rumored to be where Isa was last seen by. "Hm... it's a strange color..." said Sandy. "But there's something about this rock... I don't know what it is." Lukan sat on the grass and stared at the sky. "Eh, don't worry about it." Sandy looked at the rock suspiciously and laid against it. Suddenly, she felt the rock disappear behind her. "Huh?! Whoa!" Lukan turned around. "Sandy?" Sandy was gone.
