Then i Made Non-signed Account
And After Kirby Rertun to DreamLand was Downloaded I lunch the game And Click Nintendo Eshop And Click The Non-Signed account And Clicked Account User information Then Clicked What's Changeed Then Scholled Down Until i Found the Facebook Logo And Clicked Facebook And Watched A Video it Really Worked

I suggest contacting Nintendo customer support and letting them know that you are interested in a fully-fledged browser, or at least the YouTube app. Google said the YouTube app is coming still, but that was many months ago.
