@Raven I believe religion and science compliment each other in many aspects, while science can be used to help explain the creation of the world, for example the world was created by a spontaneous combustion, we all know that. But applying religion into the mix, we can have an idea of how it was done morally. God made the earth using spontaneous combustion. So while science can help prove facts, I believe religion can help us understand the morals that come with these facts

Yes I do believe God made people, This world is so beautiful it's hard to believe that it just came out of nowhere. He is the God of all creation, and I find comfort knowing that I'm protected by the blade of the lord.

It is definitely harming, your body needs that vital sleep time to regenerate lost cells and basically regulate everything going on in your body in which it cannot do during your waking hours. Another big thing is regaining energy, which you cannot satisfy without sleep. Be mindful of your heartrate btw.
