Your post brings up the same problem that your original group had. The group isnt affiliated with any bdns department like raven said, if users want to have a group that allows others to vent, im all for it. Professional help can be very expensive, I have first hand experience with that. Finding people who can actually listen to you can also be scarce in a lot of areas, and just having someone to talk to can make all the difference. I do not see much wrong with this group at all, but that is my opinion.

Take it from me, ive been moderatoring browsedns longer than any active moderator here. Moderating browsedns is not by any means easy, but it is very much rewarding. You learn many things about the community as you get to know the users inside of it, but you also learn about yourself and what it means to truly be a leader.
