This is a proxy tutorial for people who have github.com unblocked on their school devices.

(If Github.com is blocked for you, well uh its cooked)

sry for the complicated ahh proxy btw

Step 1-

Go to https://github.com/titaniumnetwork-dev/Ultraviolet-App

Step 2-

Click on the green button that says "code"

Step 3-

Then, in the dropdown menu, select Codespaces, and click "Create codespace on main"

Step 4-

Once everything has loaded, look near the bottom of the screen, with the menus, select the "terminal" tab, and then click the + button on the far right.

Step 5-

Now in the new terminal, type "npm install". Once the thingy has stopped sending stuff, type in "npm start", and a notification in the ports tab should appear.

Step 5-

Now go to the ports tab, in there should be a port listed. Click on the little globe icon.

Step 6-

You should now be in the Ultraviolet proxy, I haven't tested what websites don't work on there, so you gotta find out yourself. I can confirm that Discord works, you just gotta give a sec on the login screen. Also make sure to keep the codespace tab thing open while using the proxy, incase you need to restart it.

Extras

For when the seperate proxy tab wont load

Simply go back to the codespace tab, and right click on the port you made, and click this:

After that is done, go back to the terminal, click the + icon again, and type "npm start" again. The port should be back and you can continue with whatever you where doing.

If it's somehow just completely broken, go back to the original github page and delete the codespace, and then create a new one and start over.
