@st4tic olny time I can kinda get a person treating the opposite wrongly and such is having past trauma from the opposite sex group I get that ngl I kinda used to be a person who didn't like women mainly due to some things in my childhood I'm glad I'm getting out of that mindset alot of women are just as equally nice as men can be I think it's really better to get help instead of living as a hateful person towards anyone but it doesn't mean you have to forgive people who have done you wrong but getting over that hateful feeling can give you relief though I still struggle with having strong emotions like that though

It's actually really good despite disney recently producing slop live action movies or flopping with recent movies but they actually put effort into zootopia 2 and it shows! More world building too which is pleasant definitely relate to Nick wilde he's so me

I experience similar things to this and I would say try getting him to put himself in a calm or comfortable place and try grounding himself really there isn't much to do to make the voices stop what I try to do is yell at them inside my mind but grounding yourself is a nice excerise that can help or even sensory things like touching smth or a nice smell helps me
