The SCP universe has to be the most survivable horror universe to ever exist.

1. If you're a D-class, pray for a containment breach. Containment breaches mainly happen if a malevolent sentient SCP object breaches containment and understands how to open a door and use key cards. If that doesn't happen, try and give 079 the prospect of escaping it's chamber and accessing the rest of all electronics. Then, escape and go to gate A and simply pray you find Chaos Insurgency soldiers.

Many people assume that if SCP-096 escaped, the world would basically end because, if you didn't know already, if you see even 4 FU##ING PIXELS of his face, he'll cry for a few minutes and then become unstoppable, doing everything he can to reach and kill you. But ain't nobody gonna be making eye contact with the tall naked skinny white man crying his heart out in the corner of the room, so I'd say we'd be fine. And you may be going "Oh, what about SCP-173?" HE IS TRAPPED IN A FU##ING CAGE IN SCP:CB THAT'S HOW HE IS CONTAINED. PUT THAT MF IN A SEALED ROOM AND HE AIN'T GETTING OUT. SCP-049 might be a problem, but just wear a hazmat suit. Reminder: He kills by making CONTACT WITH YOUR SKIN.

3. Despite having many world ending phenomena locked inside a 5x5x5 concrete box, they are heavily guarded and spread out through multiple Sites and Areas.

4. Just become a Scientist. If you know what you're doing, the MTF will arrive and save you. Just hide in 914 and grab a radio and some batteries, and you're goated. Just try and grab SCP-1499 to evade 106 if he decides to show up uninvited.

Log #46 -TWW encounter

New information has come to light regarding the entities known as “Those Who Walk”, and we now have a clearer understanding of what these things look like and like to hunt. Those Who Walk (in their pure form) resemble large skeletal vaguely humanoid entities, with black rotting flesh around their rib cage and near intestinal walls. They hunt based on sound, and will stalk their victims for days, weeks, moths or years before finally striking. They learn what you do and when you’re most vulnerable. When you sleep is usually when they attempt to attack. They can’t be executed with melee or blunt weapons, so ranged is our only defense, and most stores selling these have closed due to Walker attacks. We also now know that Walkers attempt to mimic people via chat logs, email, speech, or even their appearance. Even though it may be hard to determine whether or not someone is a Walker, make sure that their speech isn’t slow or slurred, their movements rough and sudden, and that they aren’t attempting to [REDACTED] you.
