the captcha wont load thats the whole problem

this just started yesterday.. idk what to do, i was able to log in before then

Im on switch one and i cant log into google, when i do the captcha puzzle, the blue ring that appears after you check the box just keeps spinning, never loading the puzzle, any answers?
