TW; mentons of OD and ABUSE

there was a time where i had tried to OD, home alone. i have skitzo so taking two bottles of 200 benadryl each didnt go well. it wasnt the near death experience, it was after my two week mental hospital stay i was home, my mom had let my ex best friends mom "parent me" i was 18 almost 19 when this accured. due to truama, i cant do dished with my hands submurged under water, i have to use running water, i also dont like people over my shoulder bc of truama to. my ex bff's mom stood over me while i had earbuds in doing dishes my way, she had taken my 5lb hard back math text book and beat me while i was hunched over the sink. it brought back alot of horrible truama and i was bassically blacked out in a memory, i remember i was being pulled off of her by three police offers, i tried to kill her i didnt even remember, i wasnt charged, but i got stiches in my hands and the back of my head.
