So, um. I don't even know where to begin with this. My little brother is missing. I'm only coming here because it's a last resort and the Toran County PD has done nothing to bring this to light. So, um, here I am. I don't have a phone so my options are extremely limited when it comes to getting stuff like this to the public. If you have any advice on what to do, please tell me. I'd do pretty much anything at this point to get my brother back...
