I just wanted to make this post to celebrate my time on here. I have a couple of people I want to thank. Thank you first of all to all of our lovely users that log into this site every day. Some of you know me and some of you don't and that's ok. I just want to reach out and sayn thank you for always being there for me. Supporting me and being my friends. Back then I was really down on the dumps and I felt like I could never really amount to anything. But I was proven wrong. My early days on here was just me trying to fill the hole in my heart that was left from all the sadness I endured. But today I show that even at your worst. You can still change for the better. And I just want to thank those that are near to me. I also want to thank the staff team for taking me in as their own. I dedicate myself almost every day helping our users. I want to personally thank @Raven and @Almond for taking me in and training me. And to all the users I used to know. I hope you are having a good life. I don't know why I feel the need to write this post. I guess it's what I'm feeling right now. I just want to let everyone know. YOU CAN CHANGE! And you can make a difference. Write how you feel down as words. Talk to close friends around you. Go to people you can trust. Anyways, Thank you all again for everything!

Ok. So I don't know if you knew. But we are doing an election to see who is mod of the year. Of course I'm a part of it. Here are some reasons why you should vote for me

• I am active most of the time. If not almost all the time

• I am very kind and very relatable

• I do this for fun. Not for profit. Moderating these forums is like a personal hobby of mine

I do not ask for attention. I just really want you all to know how grateful I am to have this opportunity. I started on here back in 2022. I met a lot of cool people on here. Some left. Some stayed. I remember when lop was the biggest thing on here.

Hey guys, I know I haven't been on here much lately. I've been experiencing burnout, I mean when you do what I have been doing for a while. It starts to get to you, I guess I can also treat this as a sort of update, I've been doing alright. I'm trying to think of new ideas for content (it's kind of hard when your mind gets as lost as mine). I'm back though and ready to help the community one step at a time

@Raven I will admit. I've been doing the same thing lately. Trying to spend time with friends and family. As they are important to me, i however know I have a duty to accomplish. I want to do anything I can to make this site better and it starts with effort and trying to partake in community discussion. So I totally get it.

Thank you all you wonderful people that shaped the switch browser project into something bigger. Thank you VGMoose. Thank you Maribitt and Raven. And thank you to all the admins and mods on here that made this site what it is today. Sure we may not be the most popular site. I started using this site back in 2022. And from that time to now. A lot has changed. I became a mod. Raven and Maribitt introduced me to Moderating. And helping others. As a community I feel like we made a lot of accomplishments. And don't worry I am not going anywhere. This site is my home. And I am happy to be a part of this amazing community. Thank you to all of you for changing my world. Making me feel important. I originally wrote this poem for the DDLC discord. But since i love this community more. I will add on to it. And thank you to all who voted for me in the moderator of the year election. Anyways enjoy :)

The Picture

I'm in a vast hallway with my friends
We are looking at distant memories
But there is one picture that is different from the others
Wait this one isn't supposed to exist
Is this a dream.
Am I sleeping without knowing or am I unconscious.
I bolt back and forth
Then I try to remember where the picture was from
I think harder and harder. And I realize. This was from the future.
My future. Where I am employed and have many friends.
I look at it and smile deeply
I didn't need to worry myself about the finer details
I already have it figured out
I am the gift that keeps on giving
With my friends by my side
I can conquer anything
I look at my notes
My notes tell me the truth about what I saw
I wrote my own future. And it was very detailed
I put my notes down
And I laugh to myself and look at myself in the mirror.
Yep this is who I want to be
