I have 3 tells:

1. I don't wear my pride cuffs
2. I skip lunch on Thursday during lunch (for context Thursday is Chinese food day and I almost never skip it)
3. I have my LED lights off (this is more of an at home thing but still a tell)

My cat died yesterday. I'm struggling now. My dad found her dead in her cat bed under the back porch couch (for context she was a porch cat). I was crying on and off all day yesterday, and even cried myself to sleep. I couldn't do weight lifting today because I felt so bad, my arms and legs felt like lead. I broke down outside the weight room and just broke down again in the school library. I had just admitted to being a therian and pagan to 1 of my school friends on Friday. Was this my punishment for 1 of those? I'd give anything to have her back. I'd trade my soul for hers if I had to. I just want her back. It hurts so much I can't stand it. I just want my cat back.
