Typhlox is a superhuman born a royal within a clan in which most members have sort of strong affinity with electromagnetism

Typhlox gets abducted by a small ship of an evil tyrant's underlings where he discovers a weak child trapped in a test tube, them being amongst an ancient race of computer-esque aliens that pack immense power.
