You have to click the ^ button ontop of the private chats... It should be right above the private chat at the very top, that will allow you to hide all of them and you'll be able to access the public chats. It is great to know you are actively talking with the community.

Also just to clear up confusion, the "BrowseDNS" category is for technical support. It really isn't specific like the rest are so i'll probably change the name to just clear up confusion. I could just make a regular category for BrowseDNS related topics that are not complaints, questions, and/or consequence appeals.

On the Cloudflare panel when you're looking at a Switch users information that has visited your page, i'm sure it says that the users information is "Apple Webkit on Unknown", that is another reason why you're getting flagged. So maybe they would fix that too if you give feedback.
