Howdy,

I come here with some exciting news, I have appointed a very special individual on our team to a very important role, the most important role!

I have watched them grow, learn, and experience the mod community since the beginning. This user has shown an extreme amount of dedication to the community, has a strong reputation, and has committed extremely large amounts of time to the forum.

Although their first time being Moderator was a bit rough, from being fired for issues, to mistakes, and more– they've shown courage and resilience to these obstacles, which matters the most to us.

They are now considered an Admin-In-Training while we teach them the fundamentals and will oversee/manage the community from now on while I am away.

This past month has marked a major turning point for our community. The growth, activity, and overall engagement we’ve seen are the direct result of focused effort, higher standards, and teamwork across the board.

I want to personally thank our Moderation Team and Public Relations Team.

Over the past month, I’ve placed significant demands on both teams. Expectations were raised, workloads increased, and accountability tightened. It required consistency, extra effort, and considerable hard work behind the scenes.

Good afternoon,

I just want to take the time out of my busy day to just give a special thanks to our staff team as they have been performing beyond extraordinary the past years. The work that goes on behind the scenes is like a brain sending thousands of signals to your body at once, which is why the work ethic is so great.

When I became a forum mod the site was chaotic and it could have always seemed as a unwelcoming environment for some individuals, I simply can't imagine how hard the team has worked to fix the issues going around. @Almond and I have worked from the ground up to set the site straight and simply give people a community that they want to come back to which matters most, Mari you're an outstanding co-admin and my words are not enough to elaborate how much you impact the team.

@Nared and @NightmareWolfie have also done great. The past few weeks i've backed off a little to let them do their thing and we can always rely on them to get the job done when myself and Mari are not here.

Jared has worked with us and he deserves to hold the badge for one of the first moderators hired by myself, he has used his experience and learned from it to hopefully develop a better and better administrative background.

The @Forum-Moderators play a huge part in that "extraordinary performance". Hopefully we can continue the way things are working out and develop that welcoming community we have worked so hard for.

I do want to give a small little thanks to @YourAriesBestie! I can say that from the start I was a little iffy about you becoming a mod and I helped you gain experience, which is what has shaped you into what you are today. Continue to work hard and fulfil your leadership role.

@VGMoose @Pwsincd You both also deserve a round of applause. We wouldn't be here without your guidance and support.

@shrub @Kam this is childish and needs to stop. If it continues, expect bans, especially if you've been unbanned before and given a second chance after a permanent ban that was given to you.

BrowseDNS maintains an open-recruitment policy for our Staff Team. We are constantly seeking motivated individuals who possess the common sense and competency required to uphold our community standards.

Role Overview

• Moderate the Forums: Ensure content compliance and a safe environment.
• Host Events: Plan and facilitate community engagement initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

Selection & Training

All prospective staff members must complete the Staff Selections Program, followed by the Trialist Program. Please note the following program policies:

• Commitment: A minimum 1-month residency is required unless you graduate early.
• Conduct: Any mutes or bans received during the program result in automatic removal.
• Eligibility: Serious offenses will result in permanent ineligibility to rejoin.

It's not like this is the only time he's been banned, he was given other chances but yet still continued with the behaviour up until recently, according to you. A staff member tried being helpful and told him to submit an appeal (which is what all staff are told to say) and he replied with utter disrespect calling them a bıtch. I don't know what you expected, especially when he was apparently trying to change his ways but then reverting back to being rude. Misunderstanding for the original ban or not, he should've thought about it before posting. Anyone could excuse a post being playful but it still doesn't change what's been said. Imagine if all bans were let off just by what the banned person excused their actions with without any proper evidence.

Both seem to be operational at the moment. I suggest that you restart your device, check for updates, or possibly try using another one of our DNS servers (Preferably EU). If it still does not work for you obviously we can have one of the admins help you out.

I want to make a few things clear...

Just because someone calls you a [censored] and you're here to moderate the site that does not give you or anyone else an excuse to tell someone to cut themselves. It's unprofessional and it pisses me off when I see people trying to defend that.

Nobody on my team will ever find a reason to say that to anyone here and it does not matter what the [censored] they said to you or someone else.

He was already banned, there's no reason to ban him again other than the fact they posted all those threads.

I am already pissed off by reading what they said because there was so many ways to avoid telling someone to cut or kill themself, so many other solutions, and so much more.

If I was still a Global Mod I would have demoted that mod no questions asked, that's again a disgrace seeing that coming from a moderator.

Anyone who has a problem with that come to me directly. I don't give a shit how much your feelings were hurt, NEVER is it okay to say that especially when you were only called a [censored].

This is a good example of people that post things when they have no clue what they're talking about.

SHUT UP and get with the program

I was hoping this was enough to help with the issue on not knowing what category to put stuff in. Tell me what you think it means when something is indented underneath another category, perhaps it relates to that category? You tell me your thoughts.

I will be going on a Leave Of Absence for a few weeks as I finish up some important work before the next school year begins for our students. I'll be on and off, but until I announce my return, please do not message me regarding site issues unless it is an emergency.

I am starting to see a lack in the amount of logins, posts, etc. From now on we will warn people for posting unconstructive topics meaning threads that dont have a solid foundation and isn't really descriptive or engaging will be deleted. Same for titles like "hey" or things that don't necessarily give an idea of what the thread is about.

I assume all of you are old enough to know what good writing looks like and if you don't then don't post.

Threads should have somewhat interesting and engaging content. No Memes, no brainrot, no nothing. Post with a piece of mind!

Mentioning, posting or referring to BDSM or anything of that nature is strictly prohibited.
This includes but not limited to (Top/Bottom/Dom/Sub/Slave)

• Spam Prevention: Added the StopForumSpam tool for moderators.
• Uncategorized Category Option: Completely disabled the use of the Uncategorized option seen when making a thread.
• New Plugin: Added the UserLevels plugin back to the forum.
• Link Preview: Updated & Edited the Link Preview Plugin. Only Websites will be previewed when you send their link.
