That's completely reasonable to believe. We will work on something else in the near future, this isn't permanent. :wink:

• Discussion of drugs, weapons, or illegal acts
• BDSM references or inappropriate adult themes
• Mentioning or referring to [censored] or self-harm
• Sensitive/Restricted topics (Terrorism, etc.)
• Use of Racial/Ethnic slurs or Hate Speech
• Disrupting the website after being asked to stop

Action: Temporary Ban (1 week to 1 month).

• Mass Advertising
• Impersonation of users or staff
• Harassment or non-severe Doxxing
• Persistent VPN usage after multiple staff requests

🛑 Major Infractions

Action: Long-Term Ban (1-2 Years).

• Underage (Under 13) or Lying about age
• Sending and/or requesting any form of nudity
• Discrimination or severe violations of the TOS
• Repeated failure to adhere to temporary ban conditions

🚫 IMMEDIATE INFRACTIONS

Action: Permanent Ban.

• CSAM / Child [censored]

• Severe nudity distribution

I am tired of people complaining about us getting on to them for posting in the wrong category when we have said the same thing millions of times.

From now on, if you aren't new and you post something that has absolutely nothing to do with that topic and there is a pinned message for you to read and the very top that is labeled "Read Before Posting", expect some form of reprimand. You can't even be upset anymore, no more excuses.

Their actions are completely justified. Rule 1 of the Offensive Content section strictly states not to refer, mention, or speak about any illegal acts. Like you have said, it is a crime, which in other words means it is an illegal act.

The deleting everything part will be left for @BritishUNITY837 to look in to.. All rule violations must be deleted so I assume that is what you're referring to.

I will issue an order for the @Global-Moderators / @Forum-Moderators to edit the profile, warn them, and if the profile content is added back, we can ban temporarily.

I would suggest that a Global Mod adds a rule regarding this and also adds it to the staff handbook.

The captcha thing ain't needed atm. Our new spam bot should help us out if spam content is generated in posts. I suggest that we also flag all content that is promoting gambling sites.

ps. I wouldn't suggest playing with the bot. It might ban ya, if we don't notice that you were banned within 24 hours always contact us via discord or email.
