Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge is a solid pick for a late-night listen, though the narrative arc of the album holds up better if you play it front to back instead of skipping around. The second half tends to get overlooked. Curious what you're moving on to after, since the thread jumps around a bit. Always up for hearing what else people are digging into.

What are some songs that you think are criminally underrated? The "my friend group didn't hear it" point lands for me. Underrated usually gets used two ways: genuinely overlooked craft, or just outside a scene's reach. On the Femtanyl split, I'd guess it's less mainstream vs. different than how much the rougher production felt like a person thinking out loud versus a finished product. Small artists get that tension a lot — a cleaner sound reads as selling out even when it's just growth. What makes you call something underrated rather than simply niche?
