Am I supposed to be suprised? Bethesda screwed up their PS5 port of Starfield so bad that only with 10 creations loaded the piece of crap crashes every 2-5 minutes. Barring that it will fail to save after making progress, rendering the game unplayable. On console.

I have some bad news for you. Android phones have what is called Factory Reset Protection. This means that if the phone is tied to a Google account and is reset the way you reset it, then you must log in to the Google account associated with the phone. As far as I know there's no way around this.

Maybe try taking it to a carrier that does the "turn in any phone any condition and get a free phone" and get a pay as you go SIM card just so you're getting a SIM card? I'm not sure if this will work but it's an idea.

Long story short I was on involuntary hiatus for some time and I seem to have either forgotten how to, or lost the ability to, edit the "about me" text in the "My Profile" section.

I can't seem to sign the petition from my Switch. I don't know what good it would do anyway, but I'd do it if I could. Now the bigger question is, does the petitioner (one who is petitioning) wish to take this thing next level and attempt to seek a "Petition for Writ of Mandamus" in court (look it up, I'm not exactly an attorney...) to attempt to force Nintendo to respond, since this method here obviously isn't working...?

I used to be a moderator and administrator on a few sites but voluntarily stepped down due to my own mental health. One of the things that a good role model does is recognize their own weaknessess and seek to turn them into strengths. Another thing a good role model will do is own their mistakes instead of blaming others. There are many other things that a good role model does, this is the tip of the iceberg. Simply put: slow is fast.

@BREAKKONPAKU9 Probably because I was reacting negatively to his repeated attempts to control my life (guardianship proceedings, etc) and in his mind (we're both autistic) he felt I needed "help" and didn't/doesn't see that he needs therapy as well (it runs in the family.) However, I fear I have veered way offtopic and if you wish to continue this discussion mention me in #OFFTOPIC or another appropiate subforum. Be aware that due to my situation a reply may be a month or two out. Back to the task at hand, I am still trying to find an email service that works on switch. I might just buy another old school unpatched switch and mod it to run linux, might be hard to do in present circumstances though.

Once upon a time I was an athiest. Then I went through 5 years of hell on earth (still ongoing), including court proceedings, and other horrible things stemming from that. Along the way I met some truly wonderful people who shared their beliefs with me. They were far from perfect. After having nearly died on several occasions, with no explanation as to my survival, I now cannot fathom a world without God, nor the blessing of science, which oftentimes mysteriously work hand in hand.

Oh God, I remember being in school. Here's how to get them back:

1. Buy a unique flavor of chips they have never heard of (try Dragon Sweet Chili Takis) in bulk.
2. In plain sight of those who excluded you, pass out your new chips to everybody except for them (covertly so as to not draw attention from the lunch monitor). Say nothing.
3. If and/or when asked by the lunch monitor, say that the chips were probably brought in by someone else and you have nothing to do with them.

Well, since i'm locked out of my accounts because my father took everything out of my apartment in 2019 when he admitted me to the mental institution "voluntarily" over my consent, I need a new email. And m.gmail.com is asking me for a phone number with SMS and all I have is a landline number. Now you know why I am hardly on, and why I am always in court.

@Catboy-Gaming True, Nintendo may not be breaking any criminal laws, but there is an emerging trend called the right to repair that has a several wins in several courts, and there is also the right to freedom of speech as well. Then there is the rule against involuntary contracts, although it is not as effective as some might believe it is.

Also, for a self-represented litigant who does their research knows caselaw, are you saying Nintendo will actually violate court rules, e.g. unlawfully sieze evidence, spread rumors, refuse to comply with discovery, et c? I am not trying to say you are wrong, because I know R* did this kind of tactic to an underage modder. They pressured his father into signing a contract and took everything from him.

I enjoyed The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. However, due to the program I am in, it was taken from me.

I have Autism and Gender Dysphoria. I am gifted with computers and also taught myself to litigate in court without an attorney (I never had enough money to afford one.)

Has anyone tried taking them to court to attempt to force them to provide a web browser, or at least respond to the petition? I am genuinely curious if enough people tried this what would happen, since they're ignoring this change.org petition and will probably continue to do so...

edit: I am not an attorney by any means, I just have represented myself in civil litigation on several occasions.
