maybe try to eat healthier alternatives (apples and peanut butter is a great one!) when you want a snack and try to snack less in general, along with trying to do 10 minute walks everyday for a week then 15 then 20 and just keep trying to be more active
loosing wait is a challenge especially with your medical condition but if you try little by little and ty consistent i promise you'll see positive change in your mental and physical health:)
