If I wont be permitted an alt account then if I can I'll just take someone else's if they no longer want it.. right? I looked in the rules and it didn't say I couldn't.

I'm so sad, I cant be using this account often for personal reasons and will need another, its called Anguish, but it isn't being approved, I'll need it soon, desperately. :(
