The work was written by the famous author Liam_I'm_Taken (usually stylized in all lowercase). And the original text is depicting a pansexual "girlfriend" by the name of Melody. It is assumed that they broke up, likely a result of Melody cheating on him citation needed. The work continues to be a hit with the modern reader, especially as a insider-joke on BDNS. It is also commonly wondered if we will ever see Liam-I'm-Taken on this website again, even though it is unlikely.
