The plan was to only allow you all to post comments in announcements, it seems that what i said was not very clear. Please do not post in the announcement category, either way it will be moved in the post queue and you will not get a warning for it. If you feel like you have a problem with how the group chat system works, our administrators are always looking for feedback on BrowseDNS and SwitchBru.
I do know most of the new members we get everyday leave due to not knowing how to use the site, it is hard to stay somewhere if you have never experienced any kind of website made by NodeBB or any other forum platforms. We try to assist everyone with their questions about features and the site.
