Some say that having confidence in yourself boosts your mood and happiness. People that don’t have confidence in themselves or just don’t think they can achieve their goals. Have rough lives and emotional problems. Me myself. I think i have a good bit of confidence. I don’t always like to try new things. (Mainly because I don’t like change) but when i do. I overall feel better about myself

something i try to do when i'm bored is doing things around the house to keep me occupied or trying to learn a new dance
