@VGMoose it does most of the time, like currently it does but it does pop up with a security warning and then the blue loading line just barely moves and there's just a little shadow moving back and forth. It never loads, even trying to exit using the 'X' button both pressing it on screen and on console don't work, same for any other option on the bottom. As for the dates, i'll write them down next time I see them

@VGMoose Yeah, it's on 46.101.65.164 It wasn't right away, it was whenever I tried clicking on a link. I even tried entering the URL manually but it still ended up showing it. I've experienced no issues since reporting it so I think that it's stopped. Thanks :)

Basically all of my points in the first topic post still apply, I agree that downvotes aren't that deep even if non-anonymous but making them anonymous still only degrades the website. I still don't even know why they were changed to be anonymous tbh and I still haven't seen any replies actually saying why anonymous downvotes are good versus the whole list in the first topic post (only the first though, the coward thing was just me crashing out because of the lack of actual debate but it is still valid if someone downvotes because it is anonymous and not for the normal valid reasons for downvoting (respectfully disagreeing) like how it was previously).

I think downvotes being removed is kinda funny, my opinion is quite close to @kam 's. if you post something shitty or you're dramafarming, what do you expect? also, rep doesn't really mean much of anything on here, and the argument of "mod's have to see something with 5 downvotes" is kinda not on the users but on the administration themselves for even adding that as a feature. if I reply with a thumbs down or with a reply expressing my dislike of hate of something, how is that any better than down voting? and the "targeting individuals" thing is a fair point, but you have to stop and ask yourself, "what did they do to be 'targeted' so to speak, are they doing something to piss others off?" and yeah, maybe someone might downvote some modain topic due to them being bigoted or something, but I feel like that's a separate issue. at the end of the day though, are downvotes really that serious, or are we being overdramatic about numbers on a screen.
