Voice chat problems

Hi i need a bit of help i recently bought some earbuds that have a mic included they sound great but when im in a game "rec room" and use voice chat ive been told i have an echo? like others can hear themselves in my microphone how do i make it stop? ive tried playing with the audio settings in the game but idk what im doing i also have no idea where the mic is locted on the earbuds theres no little hole where you would usually see one but its somewhere since i can be heard also the earbuds are cheap :sob: they came from the dollar tree could that be the problem? any advice or help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Yeah definitely not saying you should buy expensive headphones but for video games i'd recommend a actual gaming headphones rather than earbuds.

@Enchanted Go to Rec Room's settings there should be a setting to fix the echo, if it's still has echo, follow Raven's advice and buy gaming headphones once you can.
