What is Hellenism?
I practice Hellenism. (also known as Hellenismos / Hellenistic Polytheism) Hellenism is about worshipping multiple ancient greek gods/godesses. It is indeed a polytheistic religion.
When did Hellenism Start?
Hellenism started when the reign of the Macedonian King, Alexander the Great started his conquest. it started a new time period in mankind.
What gods/godesses do I worship?
I worship 4 gods/godesses. They are - Apollo, Aphrodite , Hera , and Psyche.
What are they known for?
Apollo- God of Music, Dance, Honesty , Poetry , Archery , and Sun/light!
Aphrodite- Goddess of Love and Beauty!
Hera - Goddess of Marriage and Family!
Psyche - Goddess of Jealousy and Soul!
How do I worship them?
People that practice Hellenism do ''offerings'' and there is an entire holiday for it! It is called Yule!
What do the offerings include?
They usually include candles , crystals, animals that they had , scents that remind you of them and food!
