i never said i thought nared was ugly, i really should not have made that post. and i didn't tell my friend to post ether. i worded it poorly, yes. but my eye sight is terrible without glasses. i really deserve a ban, but you were being merciful @Raven. but i just wanted to make that clear. i actually really like nared, i am sorry for how my friend behaved. that was dumb, but i feel like maybe you took what i said the wrong way, i will delete that post. but i still feel like you maybe over reacted a bit over it....
but i do apologize for offending you. and i honestly dont have anything left to lose. so if you ban me for making this post i understand.

So you're saying i'm in the wrong and i'm overreacting after you violated one of our Global Moderators by comparing them to a "potato with green hair".

Absolutely not! i'm not overreacting. I went off of what was presented to me and maybe you should consider thinking about what you post because I didn't like half of this post either. Sounds outrageous but I will consider accepting the other half, which was your apology.

If there is one thing I hate then that is people telling me I was overreacting when i've been extremely patient with you from the start. Like I always tell our staff, when you post think about the negative effects it can have on people, which is exactly what you didn't do.

Even after what you said your only chance to appeal this demotion immediately is going to the administrators @VGMoose/@Pwsincd or speaking with my partners, @Almond, @Nared or @NightmareWolfie, but I still refuse to rehire you at this time.

I will also ask the rest of the forum services team what they think and depending on what they say will determine if I was will hire you back immediately.

I am standing my grounds on this. You can come back to me in 90 days and appeal this demotion, maybe i'll consider it. Any other requests will be denied.

I forgot to mention but your group of friends can stop messaging telling me that you're a great team member and all this and that. Everyone gets the same treatment and if any of our senior staff said anything like this I would've done the same. But, I already know you have so much potential and how much you try to help people out here. At the end of the day it's always up to you to turn that potential into words and actions. I can only help you do it, which is what i've been trying to do.
