You should be able to send an image by dragging it into the text box.... there also is a upload button beside the "Quick Reply" button or the button to expand the text box.
@Maditalian I tried to drag it and it won't let me drag it soo I think at that point it's just the device I'm on

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
