i was somewhere today where in the rules for the billding, it read: "no lighting paper, people and plants on fire"
what happened to make the second one a rule?... who just decided to light one of there peers on fire? what did they do to deserve being cooked like a marshmallow over a camp fire?

why does not lighting people on fire need to be a rule?.. shouldn't we know not to do that anyway?..
