a few categorys and their uses

announcements: For staff only to give announcements for important things relating to BDNS. If you would like to give personal updates or news use IRL blogs
edge of the forum: you can derail threads if its ok with the person who made the post, this is good for random topics and just general discussion. the terms of service do still apply of corse.
trivia: for exactly that, like lets say you posted "did you know, the plastic bit at the end of your shoelaces is called an agglet?" can be good for quizzes too.
forum games: digital games on the forum, like if you wanted play a simple game with the community of browsedns.
regular blogs: nothing irl in your life specific, like if you wanted to write a simple daily blog about the state of ohio.
introductions: a great topic for new users! a way to introduce yourself to the community.
browsedns: topics about the community that don't necessarily need staff intervention, and isn't necessarily a complaint.
site updates and new features: for staff only, used for telling users about new things with the site.
switchbru: about the service switch bru, could be used for sharing friend codes.
food: to discuss food, wether it be about what's your favorite or recipes for cookies.
