Did anyone elses Switch not let them use the browser for a bit?

yeah, i need to get something else that can access the Internet bc i've given up on switch, my friend was able to get his 3ds to connect to the Internet so imma try that, ik an ipod touch probably would. some of those arent actually that old.

nintendo was literally off a perc when i couldn't access the browser on my switch it gave me a ''this feature is not available'' error it works now but like seriously bro

It's actually horrible. When it says "This feature is not available", I'm unable to do that much but hope YouTube gives me videos I actually like. (Alot of the time, I can't fine the joy-con to scroll through the home page, lol)

@FoxoAnimates Mine doesn't; but I'm using my iPhone 11. It frustrates me when it says "This screen will now be closed" because I lost where I left off.

I'll keep updating this, but rn, today it's not did it once.
Has the bug been fixed or smthn?

There is a possibility that they've fixed the issue until they get a chance to take the forum offline and change the DB Type to a "less memory intensive" one. I believe they will schedule a downtime sometime soon so be on the lookout, not confirmed yet.

To be clear, this "This feature is not available" notice is separate from the 503 errors on this website (which we're looking into). The issue mentioned in this thread appears to be new behavior in the new Switch update, which is not yet fully understood.

I recommend re-configuring the Wifi access point, rebooting, updating the Switch, connecting and using the Internet without the DNS configured, etc, to try and troubleshoot this "Not supported" DNS pop up problem.

It'll take longer than 2 days certainly. I believe it should be fixed within 1-2 weeks.
