    Okay so when i was 11 i got diagnosed with T1 diabetes. Ill admit, it wasnt from genes. Nobody in my family had it, and at that time i felt no reason to live. So i started eating terribly. it became a harsh habit. I remember trying not to cry as the doctor had explained my weight to my mom. I hate myself for what i did and i cant lay the guilt off. I feel obese and disgusting. What do I do?

      maybe try to eat healthier alternatives (apples and peanut butter is a great one!) when you want a snack and try to snack less in general, along with trying to do 10 minute walks everyday for a week then 15 then 20 and just keep trying to be more active
      loosing wait is a challenge especially with your medical condition but if you try little by little and ty consistent i promise you'll see positive change in your mental and physical health:)
