calluses from guitar

Ok so, basically ive been playing guitar like a few hours straight in a day for the past few days, and I used to have calluses and stuff, but took a break from just everything for almost a whole year, and now that I'm back to playing, my fingers look like they might be blistering instead of callusing. This is something I'm well aware is not normal. I'm not completely sure that they're blisters, but they don't look how my fingers did when i first started playing. What do i do??

Even to me I don't know much about anomaly but you should stop playing immediately If you puncture the skin prematurely you risk infection

I genuinely dont know cause i have natural calluses for some reason 🤔🤔
