got this weird [censored] dream yesterday. is there like a meaning behind it?

i had this weird [censored] dream where i was like walking down a street which was like oddly familiar but at the smae time not real?
then i started like slipping or like drifting uncontrollably down the street until everything started fading around me
i remember like holding hands wt like a girl?(idk it felt like i was holding someones hand but not holdng the hand at the same time?)the girls face was like really,REALLY blurred tho so i dont knw who it was?
then i woke up and had a panic attack :/
