i think im sick..

i dont feel glod, typing this mqkes me nautious. its between food poisoning or sick- all the lights are so bright, my stomach hurts and my bad.. i dont feel good.. when the lights are off or my eyes are closed my head aches and it feels like im spinning- my throat hurts every swallow.. im gonna try and sleep tomorrow, i feel horrible it feels like im spinning in a chair, walking feels like im gonna fall-

i feel like that all the time just make sure u have trash can by ur bed and ik it sucks juts try not to watch anything related to food at all

its worse- i cant sleep, my jaw hurts so bad from swallowing- my lower stomach hurts so bad- my head is throbbing and ive just been unable to sit still, when i try to sleep it hurts so bad im tossing and turning..

im gonna ask for sleeping meds in an hour or two with ibuiprofin and ice but im scared its gonna be worse after i wake up, this is horrible...
