one time in 4-H cooking club (if you know what that is) we were talking about food health and the leader was like "why is this snack compared to that better for you" and I started popping off with every reason and I was like "y'all I promise I'm not a foodie"

@SweetLikeTarmac I think snacking isn't inherently bad if the portions aren't insane and like, it's something healthy like fruit.

like, I will have a snack from the dollar store on Wednesdays and eat it in the car with my dad, I usually get like, freezed dried fruit (now, some people might not consider that healthy because it's got no moisture, but the only ingredient is fruit and it's got a nice texture and certainly better than like, an ice cream or a bag of Doritos T~T)

I think imma post some healthy snack ideas/recipes though I won't be posting anything super in-depth with like calories, protean content, fiber, ect. since some users might ether find it triggering or derail the thread like crazy until it's locked
