Guys how do you eat when your stomach feels like shit?

I have had a single bite to eat of chicken taco today and one and a half cheese breadsticks yesterday and I can’t bring myself to eat anything else. Idk what to do because I’m not actually sick (it’s nerves)

chicken broth or chicken noodle soup. if you're dealing with not being able to eat solids, chicken broth helps you with gathering the appetite because chicken broth is warm and salty, its also healthy if i rem. though you do need solids, id reccomend stuff thats not too salty, cheesy, or sweet. something like your favorite food or maybe chicken or lunchmeat... but its about working up the courage to eat.

remember to drink water, it will also help hydrate your body which could help with your stomach if you're dealing with acid reflux at all (heartburn)

milk and stuff like gatorade help too for restoring electrolytes and vitamin water will help with hydration and vitamins. you also might want to look into "bai" drinks, i drank them before and they help with antioxidants and will help you alot. stay safe - xenth

Uhm when this happens to me I can't eat for like a day or a few days ISH then I go toilet and violently poop everywhere cos I haven't eaten anything and get constipated
