Getting a lyric stuck in your head during rehearsal season is rough, especially one that catchy. Since it's tied to "Adventure is a Wonderful Thing," maybe try humming a completely different tune right before your scenes to break the loop. Or lean into it and let the cast laugh it off when it slips — a shared inside joke often fades faster than trying to force it away. How far into rehearsals are you?
