I can't taste some bitter flavors

I didn't even know that orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime, pomelo, tangerine, etc peels were supposed to be bitter until I gave it to someone else who pointed out that it was very bitter... Orange and Lemon peels are literally my favorite food I wonder what other bitter stuff i can't taste lol

@argr08 that stuff can mess up your teeth pretty bad. give ur enamel time to heal and eat some bicarbonate of soda to negate it

@lollapalooza wait how do I eat baking soda? Also I only eat the fluffy white part which doesn't seem to be as acidic as the skin or flesh (pith) so is it still necessary? (I dry the citrus skin and cook with it.)
