i need help

ok so basically i need help bc i eat alot of chocolate, like ALOT its not even funny the amount of sugar i eat (the fact that it was halloween just a few weeks ago just made matters even worse) and i need help bc i have a candy addiction like fr. after i eat alot my heart feels rly tight & hurts (i also have a heart condition which makes it even worse) ik that the amount of sugar i eat is unhealthy and i just need help from any1 who can help me w/ my sugar addiction, thx lol
